How do I ground electrical current?
I have two different rooms connecting through XLR and 1/4" cables from one p.a sending to another receiving. I get a short. Is there any clue to what I find out why it shorts?
Me, being an electrician, I would check to see if the cables have been nicked. The reason why you are getting a short is b/c the cable is getting in contact with a conductor of different potential (not just hot to ground).
