Where can I find an earset or Headset?
I need one for yahoo messenger BAD. I live in Trabuco Canyon.(92679). What would be the price?
What kind would you recomend?
Firstly, I guess your PC has speakers, so all you *need* to be able to have conversations is a mic (probably US$5-10 at most stores).
But if you want your conversations to be private (so others in the room don't hear) THEN you need headphones - as well as the mic.
Some headphones come with their own mic, and that's called a headSET. You can probably pay up to $50 or more for these, BUT you can also get "cheap" ones, that work just absolutely fine on a PC. Don't even LOOK at anything over $20 - in fact $10 is not a bad target!
Even if you DO get a headset, you CAN then just use the "mic" part of it, but leave your speakers on to hear the other person.
