Great Shape
How can I get in great physical shape by September?
I am at an ideal weight, but I'm flabby (if you know what I mean).
I want to be strong, flexible, and in overall great shape by the end of summer.
Please help! I don't know how to make a plan!
(P.S. I can go swimming, I can do yoga, and I have a gym membership)
P.S. Go swimming, do yoga, and take advantage of your gym membership!
How easy was that? All those things will help tone you up. Surely the gym has a trainer? Talk to the trainer about your goals so a program can be devised to suit what you want to accomplish.
